Elaine Knotts is a Billing Assistant and verifies insurance daily at BPTC, where she has worked since September of 1996. She is a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School and has completed the Children's Literary Writing Course. Elaine has been married for 32 years, has one daughter, four stepchildren, and three granddaughters. She enjoys photography, writing poetry, and teaching Sunday School.
