JoAnne Shrader is the Billing Manager at BPTC, where she has worked since November of 1990. She is a graduate of McGuffey High School. JoAnne has been married for 37 years, has two children, and three grandchildren. She enjoys babysitting her grandchildren. JoAnne's nickname is "Gug."
