Affective Skills
Help your CI get to "know you" by describing how confident you feel in performing various affective (communication) skills, which are necessary in clinical practice. Use a 5 point scale (0-1: No Exposure, 2-3: Lack Confidence, 4: Confident, 5: Very Confident) to describe how confident you feel in each 'situation'.
